Overview
At MoonBastet, our refund and returns policy lasts for 30 days. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
To qualify for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging with all tags intact.
For clarity, MoonBastet does not accept returns on certain items due to their nature. This includes gift cards, and any item that is not in its original condition, is damaged, or has missing parts for reasons not attributable to our error.
Please provide a receipt or proof of purchase to complete your return. Kindly avoid sending your purchase back to the manufacturer.
In certain cases, only partial refunds may be granted, such as items with any signs of use, or those returned more than 30 days after delivery.
Refunds
Upon receiving and inspecting your return, MoonBastet will send an email to confirm receipt of the returned item. This email will also indicate whether the refund is approved or rejected.
If approved, the refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment within a certain number of days.
Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet, kindly check your bank account again. We recommend contacting your credit card company as it may take some time for the refund to be officially posted. Next, please contact your bank as processing times may vary. If you have taken these steps and still have not received your refund, please contact us at moonbastet696@gmail.com.
Exchanges
MoonBastet replaces items only if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at moonbastet696@gmail.com, and send your item to the address provided in the email response.
Gifts
If the item was purchased as a gift and shipped directly to you, you will receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Upon receipt of the returned item, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.
If the item was not marked as a gift at purchase, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver.
Shipping Returns
To return your product, you should mail it to the address provided in the response email after contacting moonbastet696@gmail.com.
Please note that you will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Considering the value of the items, you might want to use a trackable shipping service or purchase shipping insurance. MoonBastet does not guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
