“Harajuku Peru” was founded in Lima in 2007 to unite people interested in Japanese pop culture and fashion through meetings, talks, and public events.

It organizes the “Harajuku Fashion Walk” and helped establish the International Day alongside Chile, promoting aesthetics and personal expression in Lima.
